Cradles to Crayons embraced the concept of CRM. Most departments are using Salesforce daily. For this project, we had to consolidate the contact data, relationship data, volunteer and product and donation information into a single system. With the Salesforce database Sputnik Moment delivered, Cradles can track for example an individual Joe, the company he works for, his son, his son’s school, his wife, Joe's volunteer shifts and donations, the fact his wife volunteers for the school, his son’s grade advisor, and the corporation that funds projects at the school.
